From Mall Counter to Event Specialists
Back in early 2018, we opened with a pretty straightforward goal—make decent pizza for mall shoppers. But something interesting happened around six months in. A teacher from a nearby school asked if we could handle 80 pizzas for their year-end event.
That first big order was nerve-wracking. We stayed until 2 AM prepping, double-checking everything. When the teacher called the next day to say it went great, we realized there might be something here beyond just serving walk-in customers.
Fast forward to today—we've done over 400 events. Birthday parties, office meetings, sports team celebrations, family reunions. The variety keeps things interesting, and each event teaches us something new about logistics and timing.
One thing hasn't changed: we still prep most ingredients in-house each morning. It takes longer, costs more, but the difference in taste is obvious.
