Event Catering That Actually Works for Your Group
Running an event means juggling dozens of details. Food shouldn't be one of them. We handle everything from planning to cleanup, so you can focus on what matters—your guests having a great time.
Whether it's an office lunch for twenty or a celebration for two hundred, we've done enough events to know what works and what doesn't. No guesswork, no stress, just good food that shows up on time.
What We're Actually Good At
After years in the Montreal food court scene, we know how to feed groups efficiently. Here's what we've built our reputation on.
Corporate Events
Team meetings, client presentations, training sessions—we've catered them all. Our approach is simple: deliver on time, make sure there's enough for everyone, and keep dietary restrictions in mind. Most companies come back because we make their job easier.
Private Celebrations
Birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions—these matter to people. We treat them that way. From menu planning to setup, we handle the details so you can enjoy your own party. You tell us what you want, we make it happen.
Community Gatherings
Sports leagues, fundraisers, neighborhood events—when you need to feed a crowd without breaking the budget, we're your people. We've figured out how to deliver quality at scale, which is harder than it sounds.
Custom Menu Planning
Not every event fits the standard pizza-and-salad template. We work with you to create something that matches your group's tastes and your budget. Sometimes that means classic pizzas. Sometimes it means getting creative.
How We Make Events Run Smoothly
The difference between a good event meal and a stressful one usually comes down to planning. We've developed a system that works.
First conversation is about understanding your group. How many people? Any dietary needs? What's the vibe—formal presentation or casual gathering? Budget reality check? We ask these questions because the answers shape everything else.
Accurate Headcount Planning
We've learned that group size affects more than quantity. Different group dynamics need different setups. A lunch for twelve needs a different approach than dinner for fifty.
Timing That Actually Works
Food arriving too early gets cold. Too late and people get hangry. We've done enough events to nail the timing. If you say noon, we mean noon.
Real Dietary Accommodation
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-sensitive—we handle these requests as standard practice, not special exceptions. Everyone should have something good to eat.
From First Call to Cleanup
Here's what working with us actually looks like, step by step.
Initial Planning Call
We spend about fifteen minutes getting the details. Group size, date, location, budget range, and any special considerations. This conversation shapes everything else, so we take notes and ask follow-up questions until we're clear.
Menu Proposal and Quote
Within 24 hours, you get a detailed proposal. Menu options, pricing breakdown, delivery timeline. If something doesn't work for your budget or preferences, we adjust it. Usually takes one or two rounds to land on the right fit.
Confirmation and Preparation
Once you approve, we lock in your date and start prep work. A week before your event, we send a final confirmation with timing and setup details. Day before, we do ingredient prep so everything's fresh.
Delivery and Setup
We arrive fifteen minutes early to set up while food's still hot. Everything gets arranged so serving is easy. We bring plates, napkins, serving utensils—the whole setup. You don't need to provide anything unless you want to.
Post-Event Cleanup
After your event wraps, we handle cleanup. Take away boxes and trash, wipe down surfaces, leave the space like we found it. You shouldn't have to deal with the mess after hosting.
